Medway Licensed Music Teachers
Dynamics uses Licensed Music Teachers (LMTs) for all of its funded and supported work in Medway, both in and out of school. The scheme has proven to be highly successful in delivering high quality music provision to children in Medway through self-employed professionals.
We have a wide variety of specialists in the LMT pool, ranging from whole class to individual instrumental tuition on 26 different instruments.

All LMTs go through an application process to verify their experience through application forms, interview and references. Dynamics provides all LMTs with DBS checks and Child Protection Training every 3 years and recommends that all LMTs have Public Liability Insurance.
Dynamics brokers LMTs at no charge to schools, academies or families, and we are always happy to find appropriate LMTs to meet school needs. In our annual Evaluation forms, 97% of KS2 schools and 100% of Secondary schools rated their LMTs as Outstanding or Good.
